Alex Tagliani on Qualifying:
"I'm so proud of this team. The group of engineers and the crew has just done a tremendous job on this Bowers and Wilkins car. We spent some time today on the front row and ended up fifth here and to have this result at Indianapolis is just amazing. To be able to fight with the Penske's and Ganassi's of the IZOD IndyCar Series and have the opportunity to battle against them is just a huge honor. I'm so proud to be the driver and the Bowers and Wilkins car is going to start fifth in the Indianapolis 500. That is just an amazing accomplishment for this team."
Rob Edwards, General Manager, on Qualifying:
"There is such a mix of emotions after sitting on the front row for three hours during the day but the big picture, for a new team to come here the first year and Qualifying in the middle of the second row and basically only be beat by Penske and Dario Franchitti from Ganassi is incredible. Really, the whole week has just gone fantastic. I'm just very proud today of the group of guys that we have built this team with and that are here at FAZZT. The achievements today are the achievements of every single person on this team."
Note regarding Bruno Junqueira:
The FAZZT Race team is going to attempt to qualify driver Bruno Junqueira in the #33 Bowers and Wilkins/CanTorque entry tomorrow at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. These sponsors are both on the #77 car of Alex Tagliani and today they stepped in to help field the #33 entry for Junqueira for the Indianapolis 500.
Rob Edwards on the #33 entry:
"Now that we have Alex safely in the show, we have a car that we have been building up all week for Bruno. It's as identical as we can make it to Alex's car and we'll be on track tomorrow morning with Bruno in that #33 car and try to get Bruno in the show tomorrow."
