DAD'S ROOT BEER TO BE PRIMARY SPONSOR ON THE NO. 24 DREYER & REINBOLD RACING ENTRY FOR THE 2010 INDIANAPOLIS 500

Indianapolis, IN (May 7, 2010)- Dreyer & Reinbold Racing announced today that Dad's Root Beer will be the primary sponsor for the team's No. 24 entry piloted by Mike Conway for the 94th running of the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 30th.

"We are very excited to have Dad's Root Beer as the primary for the No. 24 car. This is a perfect example of how our relationship has grown and how valuable our partnership has become. We look forward to an exciting month," commented Robbie Buhl, Dreyer & Reinbold Racing co-owner.

The Jasper, Indiana based Dad's Root Beer Company joined DRR as a sponsor for the 2008 season. The famous blue, red and yellow Dad's Root Beer logo car livery was first unveiled that year at the season finale race at the Chicagoland Speedway, near Chicago where the brand was born. Dad's is embarking on its' third season with the team and each year has increased its involvement with DRR. This season will mark the first time that Dad's Root Beer will be the primary sponsor for the "greatest spectacle in racing".

The Dad's Root Beer Company's CEO, Keith Hedinger, proudly said, "being a primary sponsor at the Indy 500 has been a goal and dream of mine and our company for many years. I grew up in Jasper, Indiana as an Indy 500 and open wheel racing fan. The 500 has been the focus of my family's Memorial Day weekends for many years. Dad's Root Beer is one of the oldest and mot popular soft drinks in America. Founded in Chicago in 1937, Dad's celebrated its 70th Anniversary in 2007. That same year, Dad's was purchased along with the Sun Crest, Dr. Wells and Bubble Up Brands by Hedinger Brands, LLC and licensed to the Dad's Root Beer Company, LLC. The company headquarters is now located in Jasper, Indiana. With a new dedication to expanding the distribution network across the country, the brand looks forward to continue growth and customer support.
