The RuSPORT duo of A.J. Allmendinger and Justin Wilson ran a clean session for today's provisional qualifying for the 20th anniversary of the Molson Indy Toronto. Despite both drivers struggling with handling issues, Justin and A.J. went on to post top-ten qualifying efforts for both the #9 CDW Ford-Cosworth/Lola and the #10 Western Union Ford-Cosworth/Lola. Final qualifying for Sunday's race begins tomorrow at 1:45 PM (ET)

Justin Wilson

"We did make some improvements over this morning's practice session, but we've got a bit of work yet to do. It's the same issue we've been struggling with-the overall balance of the car and a bit more grip. So we know the areas we need to work on, so we'll get on with it."

A.J. Allmendinger

"The session didn't go well at all. We've got some rear grip issues with the car and just overall, we need to make some big improvements. So I'm going to look to tomorrow's session for a better result."

Jeremy Dale, Team President

"We had a little bit of difficulty with both cars today and getting them to where A.J. and Justin feel good with the handling. So it's a little disappointing, but both the CDW and the Western Union crews know what work needs to be done so we're focusing on getting things better for tomorrow."
