CORBY, England--The first of two Thursday test sessions for Saturday's Rockingham 500 at Rockingham Motor Speedway is on hold while the track dries. Teams have started moving the cars to pit lane. There will be a one hour fifteen minute practice session followed by two hours off. Then there will be another one hour thirty minute practice.

Today's activity will mark the return of Champ Cars to England for the first time since 1978 when non-points races were held at Silverstone and Brands Hatch.
