MAURICIO GUGELMIN
"My car was pushing too much," said Gugelmin. "Much more this afternoon than it was this morning in practice. We made a front wing adjustment under red flag conditions with about four-minutes remaining because we need more downforce in the front to be able to take the corners sharper. I'm disappointed with our result. We are so close, but there was a lot of traffic to contend with and the red flags seem to have flown at the wrong time for us. We'll be alright for tomorrow, but it would have been nice to have qualified higher."

SCOTT DIXON
"I'm really disappointed with our result," said Dixon. "I truly believe we had a top-ten car today, but we missed our chance to get there. When I made contact in turn six it was very light and there was no damage to my car, but I needed to be bump started by safety to get back to the pits. Then I had to serve an eight-minute penalty, but the session was cut short early and red-flagged just before I was scheduled to return to the track. I would have had another 1.5-minutes to get back up to speed to see if I could improve my position. Too bad I didn't get that chance. If anything positive came out of this mess, it's that my car is very good so I know we'll be competitive tomorrow."
