Mario Domínguez - Driver "I think the heat got us. This is a track where you must keep chasing it always and I think we just didn't do quite enough to compensate for the heat in our qualifying set up. I had a great car yesterday and this morning but this afternoon I had understeer at both ends of the track. Unlike Motegi, it is very hard to pass on this track so it won't be as easy to move up the rankings as the race goes by. I have a lot of confidence in my pit crew though and I'm sure that they will be able to help me move up during the pit stops. The weather is supposed to be much cooler tomorrow and I know we can get out there and be competitive regardless of where we start."

* The Milwaukee Mile marks Dominguez's fourth start in the CART FedEx Championship Series. This will be his fourth start on this track, following three starts in Dayton Indy Lights. His last two starts at here have resulted in podium finishes - second in 2001 and third in 2001.
* In round three at Twin Ring Motegi, Domínguez had worked his way from a starting position of 19th to 4th position on the track before a drive-through penalty imposed by CART forced him a lap down and into 11th place. However the news was not all bad in that Domínguez scored his first finish of the season - a confidence booster for both he and the Herdez Competition crew.
* Domínguez currently stands 18th in the Drivers Championship with two points. He leads the Jim Trueman Rookie of the Year standings over Townsend Bell by two points. Domínguez has completed 282 of the possible 376 laps this season, placing him 14th in this ranking.
Herdez Wins "Best of the Wurst"
Herdez Competition chef Hector Benavides today proved to the rest of the CART FedEx Championship paddock what we have known all along - that he is one of the best in the business! The Milwaukee Mile teamed up with internationally recognized sausage manufacturer Usinger's for a "Best of the Wurst" contest. Ten CART team chefs created their own dishes using two "must use" ingredients: Usinger's sausages and Newman's Own sauce. In addition, Hector utilized Herdez canned pineapple, Carlota honey and Herdez white vinegar to create luscious marinated sausage, pepper, and pineapple kebobs. Benavides was awarded the specially designed trophy, designed by Husar's House of Fine Diamonds, by a panel of three independent celebrity judges. Congratulations Hector!
Race coverage of the 250-lap from The Milwaukee Mile will air live on CBS Sports in the US beginning at 12:30pm ET. In Mexico, live television coverage will air on TV Azteca. Live audio and Timing and Scoring will be available on www.cart.com.
