TEAM KOOL GREEN AT MID-OHIO

PAUL TRACY, #26 TEAM KOOL GREEN REYNARD/HONDA/FIRESTONE: (Started 15th / Finished 27th at Mid-Ohio in 1997; Currently 13th in PPG Cup standings with 36 points)

"Fortunately, Mid-Ohio is a track where we've had a good test recently, and I've run well there in the past. So, we're looking to the weekend as an opportunity to have a good result and get some momentum going for the final stretch of the season."

DARIO FRANCHITTI, #27 TEAM KOOL GREEN REYNARD/HONDA/FIRESTONE:

(Started 5th / Finished 11th at Mid-Ohio in 1997; Currently 8th in PPG Cup standings with 66 points)

"I really like driving Champ Cars on the Mid-Ohio circuit. It keeps you busy the entire lap, which makes for a very intense race. We have a good base-line setup and we should be fairly quick right away. Of course, everyone else will be quick as well. I'm glad I had a week's rest back home in Scotland."

MATT SIELSKY, #16 LCI INTERNATIONAL SWIFT-TOYOTA (KOOL/Toyota Atlantic Championship):

(Team Green Academy Class of '96/'97 Graduate; Currently 5th in point standings with 73 points)

"I've really been looking forward to this race. It's the only track this season that I've raced on before. I started on the pole and finished second there in F2000 last season. Also, my engineer has been there. So we kind of know what to expect and how to set the car up. Getting the shocks right so that you can get the power down will again be the key. The track doesn't have the bumps like the street circuits we've been racing on recently. But it does have elevation changes and fast corners, so shocks are still real important, they just work differently."

ALEX GURNEY, #27 TEAM KOOL GREEN REYNARD-DODGE (Barber Dodge Pro Series):

(Team Green Academy Class of '97/'98 Graduate; Currently 13th in point standings with 25 points)

"These next two races should be good for me because I've raced at both Mid-Ohio and Road America in the Skip Barber Midwestern Series last year. Learning the circuits is one of the toughest parts about being a rookie in this series. And I won both of my races at Mid-Ohio last year, so I have some extra confidence entering the weekend."
