Buffalo Grove, IL - Following a short break after the season-opening IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge (CTSCC) race in late January, the Fall-Line Motorsports team is eager to defend their 1-2 finish in the GS category at Daytona during this weekend's event at Sebring International Raceway.

Drivers Shelby Blackstock and Ashley Freiberg captured the win at Daytona International Speedway in a historical victory as Freiberg became the first female to win a race overall at Daytona. It was also Blackstock's first victory in CTSCC and both drivers first race with Fall-Line. The duo hopes to repeat their good fortune and continue the success that has jump-started the 2014 season.

Shelby Blackstock: "I am very excited to start the weekend off in the #48 Fall-Line BMW M3 at Sebring. Coming off a win at Daytona, the #48 team has a lot of confidence going into this week and we are looking for another great result."

Ashley Freiberg: "I am thrilled to be back with Fall-Line Motorsports this weekend at Sebring! Even though we don't have the full season in place yet due to sponsorship, I am thankful that we have been able to get me in the seat for this event. Sebring has always been a fun track for me, so it will be great to race the BMW here for the first time. I am looking forward to a good weekend!"

Teammates John Edwards and Trent Hindman finished 2nd at Daytona, just narrowly missing the top-step of the podium but scoring a solid finish. This pair is a new driver lineup for 2014 as Edwards joined the team and Hindman signed for the full season after a partial run in 2013. Both young drivers are poised to add to the team's first win of the year at a track that is familiar to both.

In addition to the CTSCC race, Edwards will also be driving in GTLM with BMW Team RLL. He is kicking off the race week by celebrating his 23rd birthday today, March 11.

John Edwards: "I am really looking forward to racing at Sebring in as GS car. I've had a lot of really good racing there and in the GS car it should be a good fight. It is hard to do better than 1-2 like we did at Daytona but hopefully Trent (Hindman) and I can break through and get our first win. I think it's going to be a difficult race as the track is really hard on tires. It will be really important to just keep the car underneath us and go for the win!"

Trent Hindman: "I'm extremely motivated for this weekend! The whole team is still feeling pretty good after the fantastic 1-2 at Daytona, but obviously Sebring is a much different animal. We had a great test a few weeks ago and definitely learned a lot about the nature of this track with this car. Since Continental (CTSCC) has never raced here before it will be interesting to see what happens over the next few days. Overall I just want to give a big thank you to Michael Harvey, Mark Boden, and all of the guys at Fall-Line. I have no doubts that we'll be competitive and running up towards the front. Also a big thanks to our partners Trim-Tex, Cirocco & Ozzimo, Atlas Acon, and DFL Interiors. I am looking forward to a great week."
