IMSA's new owner, Roberto Muller, is setting a board of directors for the sanctioning body. The first person named to the board is Jack Long, director of the IRL.

Mark Raffauf, IMSA executive vice-president, has resigned after 23 years with the sanctioning body.

Doug Robinson has left his post as SCCA director of technical services, to become IMSA's director of race operations.
