MORETTI LOSES AGAIN Ohio Court liberates Ferrari

For Immediate Release CINCINNATI, OHIO -- The battle is continuing in Hamilton County, Ohio, where Landshark Racing has asked the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas to force Giampiero Moretti and Moretti Racing, Inc. to honor their obligations.

Testifying under oath on March 5th, Kevin Doran stated that the Landshark Racing Ferrari 333 SP was "fully rebuilt" and "in race-ready condition".

The following week, on March 14th, the Court granted Landshark Racing a preliminary injunction to protect and preserve the vehicle by prohibiting Moretti and Doran from "racing, using, or altering" the vehicle.

At the most recent hearing, on May 23rd, the Court granted Landshark's request to better safeguard the vehicle by removing it from Doran's premises and Moretti's control.

When liberated from Doran's premises on June 4th, and despite the Court's outstanding orders, the Landshark Ferrari was partially disassembled and cannibalized, and its freshly rebuilt engine had vanished!

Landshark has now served Moretti and Doran with a Motion for Contempt, and the hearing is scheduled for July 2, 1997.
