Pikes Peak, in Colorado, USA, underwent something of a French invasion on Saturday, June 8, and Sunday, June 9, as Peugeot Sport and Sébastien Loeb set up camp on the mountain for the first official practice sessions ahead of the event.

The beastlike 208 T16 Pikes Peak got a chance at last to stretch its legs for the first time outside the confines of Peugeot Sport’s factory or a closely guarded circuit thanks to a recent test in the south of France with Sebastian Loeb.
Sébastien Loeb will embark on the 20 kilometres and 156 corners of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb from approximately 09:30am on Sunday morning.
