Front row for Taurus at Donington.
Donington Park, UK, Friday 8th August 2003: Norwich-based Taurus Sports, with their all-British driver line up of Justin Keen and Phil Andrews, will start from the front row of the grid in tomorrow's fifth round of the FIA Sports Car Championship at Donington Park.
Driving a prototype Lola Judd against a strong international field, former F3000 driver Justin Keen secured second place, missing pole by a second from Japan's Hayanari Shimoda in a Reynard DBA4.
Justin Keen, Driver, Taurus Sports: "The car was nicely balanced and ran trouble free all day. It is much quicker than when Taurus took third place at Monza in June. Both Phil and myself know the Donington circuit well and we will be going all out for a British win tomorrow."
The race takes place at 5pm UK time at the East Midlands circuit.
