David Wall goes into the final round of the 2010 Australian GT Championship at the top of the table, with every intention of securing back-to-back championships in his Wilson Security Porsche Cup S.
As with the 2009 Championship, it has come down to the final round of the Championship, with David in the box seat.
"I am very excited about this weekend and especially about the possibility of taking out a second championship - it is so close I can almost touch it!" said David.
"There is also the possibility that we will be able to give Wilson Security their first motorsport championship which puts added pressure on the weekend.
"I really want to win it for them as a way of saying thank you for all the support they have given me and Wall Racing this year."
After a hectic weekend at the previous round, the Supercheap Bathurst 1000, where David juggled a co-driving role in the V8 Supercar race with this Australia GT title fight, he is looking forward to focusing 100% on his Porsche and the Championship.
"The last round was a bit of a blur jumping between my Porsche and the Fair Dinkum Sheds V8, but this weekend I am completely focused on winning back-to-back championships," said David.
"The last few rounds have shown this year is very tight, with a load of drivers capable of winning races this weekend. I will be doing everything I can to take home the round win and the Championship."
David Wall is racing this year thanks to the continued support of Wilson Security, Payce, Shannons and Mount Aqua.
