The afternoon practice session was briefly black-flagged after James Weaver spun in the No. 16 Dyson Racing Riley & Scott Ford. Weaver continued without making any contact. A second black flag came out after the No. 12 Ferrari of Mimmo Schiattarella was tagged by the No. 07 Porsche of Steve Marshall when the pair came up on traffic in turn 10. Jon Field tapped the tire wall in turn three in the closing seconds of the session, but continued without damage.

STEVE MARSHALL (No. 07 GTO Jennifer Fund Porsche GT2 EVO) -- Two cars just got collected. We just kind of bumped. Everything's OK, though. I don't think anything on our car's hurt, I don't believe his car is hurt. Nobody got hurt. So we're all going to be OK.

OLIVER GAVIN (No. 37 Banana Joe's Ford Lola B210K) -- I'm pretty happy with the way things are going. We've just been trying to improve the car as the session has been going on. The car is certainly improved. We're making changes. We're going to put a bigger Gurney on the rear and go down on the front, and do things like that. It seems to be working a lot better. It's a typical street circuit, you've got to be careful with the crowns on the road and the bumps, and if you get off the line it can get a bit dusty. You've got to be very, very careful racing the GT cars and make sure they see you, otherwise you'll wind up straight into the wall. I believe Jon (Field) will qualify. Now we're going to get Jon comfortable in the car. He's just arrived. He's had some real grief getting here. Now we've got to get him used to getting around the circuit.

ELLIOTT FORBES-ROBINSON (No. 20 Dyson Racing Thetford/Norcold/Goodyear Riley & Scott Ford) -- It's going great. We stopped before the end of the session because we thought the car was quite good. We had he quickest time at that point, and we weren't sure what else to do with it, so we pulled in. It's really fun to be back here. I really like this place. It's much better than it was last time I was here with the changes they've made, and I really like it.

CLAUDE BOURBONNAIS (No. 8 Creighton Motorsports Ford Lola B2K10) -- I'm not sure what the times are, but the cars all seem to be pretty close. The Lola is working pretty good, but I didn't get to run much this afternoon. Scott (Schubot) was doing a good job, and set a good time. Then I was just starting to get going, and we lost fourth gear. I didn't really get to do anything this afternoon.

JAMES WEAVER (No. 16 Dyson Racing Thetford/Norcold/Goodyear Riley & Scott Ford) -- It's going to be a very, very exciting race. The fans are going to be in for a fantastic afternoon. We've seen how fast the Lola (Gavin) can do on one lap, but we're not really sure what they can do during a long run. So we're scrambling to find more speed.
