ALTON, Va. (January 20, 2006) -- Synergy Racing has signed young gun Leh Keen, of Dublin, Ga., to join veteran racer David Murry, of Atlanta, Ga., for the entire 2006 Rolex Sports Car Series in the No. 80 SHOES FOR CREWS® Porsche GT3. The team previously announced Keen would partner with Murry and 2005 Rolex Series GT champion Craig Stanton, of Long Beach, Calif., in the No. 80 machine for the Rolex 24 At Daytona, and Keen has now extended his commitment through the entire 14-race season.

"I'm really looking forward to racing the entire season for Synergy Racing in the SHOES FOR CREWS® Porsche," Keen remarked. "What more could you ask for--a talented co-driver like David, a top-notch team with Synergy Racing, and our great sponsor Shoes For Crews. I think that's a winning combination, and we're going to make sure the SHOES FOR CREWS® Porsche is in the running for the championship this fall."

"I've been really impressed by Leh, and I'm excited to have him as my co-driver this season in the SHOES FOR CREW® Porsche," Murry said. "For such a young racer, he's already got a lot of speed and ability. He's got a big future, and I think we'll be a top competitor in the GT class this season."

As a rookie in the Rolex Series, Keen finished fifth in the 2005 driver standings and scored the GT victory in the Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen.

"We believe Leh and David will be a perfect pairing in the SHOES FOR CREWS® Porsche this season," noted Cole Scrogham, Synergy Racing co-owner. "Leh is a great young talent with a lot of speed, and coupled with David's experience, they should take the SHOES FOR CREWS® Porsche to the front."

The 2006 Rolex Series season will kick-off next week with the historic Rolex 24 At Daytona, January 26-29 at Daytona International Speedway. Additional information is available online at daytonainternationalspeedway.com or grandamerican.com.

About Synergy Racing
Team owners Cole Scrogham and Danny and Steve Marshall introduced Synergy Racing in December 2004. Based at Virginia International Raceway, Synergy Racing is an evolution of G&W Motorsports, which had catered to Porsche racing since 1996 and became the most successful team in the Rolex Sports Car Series with three team championships and four driver champions, 15 class wins and more than 50 podium finishes. The team underwent a major transformation that included a name and logo change, as well as a complete restructuring into a customer-based championship racing business, which concentrates on the needs of the customer rather than the desires of the team.
