Zoom Motorsports and Smile Train Charity Team Up for Watkins Glen Grand-Am Cup Event

Grand-Am Cup standout Zoom Motorsports is proud to announce that they will be teaming up with The Smile Train for the Chemung Canal 200 Grand-Am Cup event at Watkins Glen International the weekend of June 11th. The team's stunning black and silver #6 TTL/ Leclair/ Mainway/ Tremcar Porsche 996 of drivers Mike McCalmont and Darren Law, will proudly display The Smile Train signage for the 200 mile Watkins event.

The Smile Train is a non-profit charity based in New York City, with offices in China and India that provides cleft lip and palate surgery to underprivileged children worldwide. Started in 1999, The Smile Train has helped close to 128,000 children that have been born with cleft lip or palate, with 100% of the funds raised put toward providing treatment. 0% goes toward overhead or fund-raising.

By empowering local physicians in over 56 countries, The Smile Train is ensuring that low income communities across the globe will become self sufficient in providing free access to the 45-minute surgery.

The Toronto based Zoom Motorsports team that will be carrying The Smile Train logo has shown competitive form in the 2005 Grand-Am Cup season, with the Law and McCalmont driver pairing currently tied for 2nd place overall in the championship points race. The Watkins Glen circuit has long been a favorite of both drivers. The team is optimistic as they prepare for the event, and are excited about their new association with The Smile Train.
