"To be involved with a world-class racing series such as the 2010 Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge is both a privilege and responsibility. We look forward to serving our old friends in the paddock and welcome the new teams in the tough fight for the championship."
"After being the series title sponsor from 2007 through 2009, KONI is pleased to remain in the GRAND-AM family, and most importantly, to offer continued support to the competitors and teams," added Lee Grimes, KONI North America Automotive and Motorsports Sales and Marketing Manager. "KONI is recognized throughout the world in virtually every form of motorsports. In addition to being the "Official Shock Absorber" for the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, KONI will continue to offer contingency prizes to the top-three finishers in both the GS and ST classes at every 2010 race.
"We are pleased to continue our association with KONI," said Kevin Hindson, GRAND-AM Vice President, Marketing and Communications.
