Law Defines True Meaning of "Trois" at Trois-Riviéres TROIS-RIVIÉRES, Canada (August 4, 2001) - Darren Law is capturing the true meaning of "Trois" this weekend in Trois-Riviéres. He has the chance to take home three checkered flags this weekend as he competes in the Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series GT race on Saturday, and the Grand-Am Cup Street Stock Series and the Grand-Am GTS races on Sunday.

"I really enjoy coming up here," Law said. "It's a really busy weekend for me, but I look forward to the challenge of driving three different cars."

Law's first competition will be Saturday afternoon during the GT race, where he will be aboard the #81 Motorola/Commscope/G&W Motorsports Porsche GT3-R. Law's teammate, Matt Drendel put the car third on the grid for the GT/AGT/SGS race.

"I am proud of the way Matt has progressed this weekend," Law said. "For having never been here before, he did a great job of learning the track and putting us in the front of the pack."

The #81 machine isn't the only chance Law will have to drive for G&W this weekend. He will also be aboard the #07 Jennifer Fund Twin Turbo Porsche with teammate Steve Marshall for the SRP/GTS race on Sunday.

"I am looking forward to driving with Steve," Law said. "We're always teammates, but never co-drivers. This will be a lot of fun."

Law will also be competing in the Grand-Am Cup race on Sunday morning beginning at 8:30 a.m . He will be driving a Lexus IS 300 for Team Lexus.
