JUST A FEW HOURS STILL TO GO BEFORE LAGUNA SECA'S WEEKEND

Thanks to the constant work performed by Cheever Team on the number 16 Coyote-Pontiac, a new development stage has been reached and for the Californian race an evolved set of absorbers has been devised to improve the dynamic behavior of the car.

Weather forecasts announce a sunny weekend with temperature between 25C and 41C.

The race start is scheduled for Saturday at 21.45 +1 GMT on the distance of 250 miles (112 laps), with maximum time of 2h45'.

Matteo Bobbi: "After Virginia we developed some interesting modifications to the absorbers that we hope will get good results. We will see on track. Laguna Seca is a technical and very demanding track whereby the driver can count more than in other tracks. In this occasion, together with Daytona Prototypes, GT cars will be on track as well. Certainly there will be a lot of traffic and therefore it is gonna be crucial to pay the due attention to avoid being involved in possible accidents".
