Daytona Beach, Fl - At 1:21 a.m. on Sunday February 2, 2003, Barry Brensinger crashed the NETTTS Racing Porsche hard into the wall in turn one. The Manchester, New Hampshire driver was taken to the Daytona International Speedway Medical Center.

The Grand American Rolex 24 Hour officials have released the following statement:

Barry Brensinger, driver of the No. 99 NETTTS Racing Porsche GT3 RS, was transported to Halifax Medical Center and treated for a fractured vertebrae. He was alert and mobile. He was admitted to Halifax for pain management.
