Dr. Don Panoz makes a switch on the DeltaWing project. He is taking the chassis in-house powered by Mazda. The new generation DeltaWing will be on the grid at Sebring.
Mazda initially announced the build of its SKYACTIV-D clean diesel engine during the 2012 Le Mans race. The engine will be housed in their sporty Mazda6 with its first race in January at the Rolex 24 of Daytona.
The Grand Am GX class cars will be folded into the GT-Daytona class, bringing more competition to the four classes that will compete in the new United Sports Car Series.
Team's focus is on 2014 program in the new sports car series in North America. For the remaining races of 2013, Dyson Racing will feature different driver combinations.
