After weeks of preparation and a very busy winter schedule, Nigel and his Management are excited to announce that Nigel will compete in the brand new GP3 series for the 2010 season! He will be doing so with the Berlin based Mucke Motorsport squad. Together they believe to be able to challenge for podiums and hope to see victories during its inaugural season.

Mucke Motorsport is one of the ten teams which have been granted a place in what appears to be a very exciting new series. To be able to get the best out of the drivers, Mucke Motorsport will campaign their first GP3 season together with Ralf Schumacher. "We are looking forward to the first racing season. We are right on schedule with our preparations for the coming season", commented Peter Mucke. "Ralf's wealth of experience and his support are all-important as the GP3 is the preliminary stage to Formula 1."

The new GP3 series will compete during 8 events of two rounds each, 7 of them will be during the European Formula 1 events. Before the season kicks off in Barcelona there will be 3 test sessions, 2 of them in Paul Ricard and the last in Barcelona. Altogether everything sounds very promising. "Driving the GP3's inaugural season is a very exciting step for me" said Nigel. "Last season was tough, but during the winter we've had a terrific test program with our own Formula 3 car, which we will continue in the first months of 2010. This will ensure I am 100 plus percent focused on the upcoming season". To do so, Nigel's management has bought an F307 which will act as an additional test team to Mucke Motorsport.
