The long history of the 2007 GP2 Series season will come to an end this weekend at Valencia. The Spanish venue will host the final two races of the season; for Trident Racing, the main news will be the comeback of local hero Sergio Hernandez, in substitution of yet injured Venezuelan Pastor Maldonado. Hernandez will partner Kohei Hirate in what will be a particular weekend. Since the GP2 Series will be running alone, the schedule will be compacted in two days. Free practice and qualifying will be held on Saturday (9:00 and 11:15), as well as the first, 45-lap long race, planned for late afternoon (16:00). Race 2 will follow at the usual time on Sunday (12:00), while morning warm up is set to start at 9:15. As usual, the races will be covered live by satellite channels Sky Sport and Eurosport, while Italy`s national TV RAI will host Race 2 live.

Alessandro Alunni Bravi, Team Principal

"We`re at Valencia with enthusiasm, hoping to end our 2007 season with good results. Kohei Hirate, who`s the most experienced driver of the team, will have to look for points in the teams standings. I`m also willing to see how Sergio Hernandez will perform in our car".
