Maranello, 29 August -- The two races of the fourth round of the ACI-CSAI Formula Abarth championship have ended at the "Riccardo Paletti" Varano de' Melegari circuit, in Parma Italy. In the first race, which started behind the Safety Car, because of oil on the track, the starting order lasted to the finish with Patric Niederhauser, driving for Jenzer Motorsport, making it to the top step of the podium, ahead of Andre Negrao (Cram Competition) and Roman De Beer (Scuderia Victoria) Raffaele Marciello (JD) and Brandon Maisano (BVM/Target) finished seventh and eighth.

The two Ferrari Driver Academy boys fared better in the second race, with victory going to Marciello ahead of his fellow student Maisano and Eddie Cheever (Jenzer Motorsport.) The result means that the young hopefuls from the Maranello nursery top the classification, with Maisano leading on 77 points, followed by Marciello on 62. The next round takes place over the weekend of 26 September at Vallelunga.
