Clivio is looking forward to getting back on track at Silverstone, a circuit he is familiar with from his days in British Formula 3, for Round 6 of the GP2 Championship on 8th-10th July.

Following on from his Nurburgring victory, Clivio secured his first pole position in GP2 and brought home a valuable Championship point at the last race in Magny Cours despite experiencing mechanical problems throughout the weekend.

With 9 points, Clivio currently lies in 12th position at the halfway stage of the inaugural GP2 Championship with six rounds left before the end of the season.

Clivio:
"My main aim for this weekend is to get back up there at the front of the pack and bring back as many points as I can. It's a very tight turnaround until the next two races in Silverstone and the team has worked hard to resolve the problems we had in Magny Cours. One advantage this weekend is that I don't have to learn the circuit so I will be able concentrate on finding the best set-up for Qualifying.

Silverstone is one of my favourite circuits as I've raced here many times in Formula 3 so hopefully there will be no surprises! The layout is great with lots of fast corners especially at the start from Copse to Becketts. It also has good opportunities to overtake around the Stadium Complex so we should be in for plenty of action this weekend. I can't wait to get back out on track again and I'm looking to bring back as many points as possible for my team."
