On a trouble-free session, both Fat Burner Racing Engineering drivers continued with their previously set testing program, which included further race simulation for today. Lucas successfully ran a total of 43 laps on today's morning session and registered the third best time with 1'26"858, whilst Dani covered 35 laps of the Spanish track, the fastest in a time of 1'27"699.
During the afternoon session, the Fat Burner Racing Engineering drivers concentrated on finishing their respective test programs of the week and therefore were not focused on making times. At the end of the session, Lucas had done 42 laps and a best time of 1'31"236. His team mate run 31 laps and set a time of 1'30"639.
Fat Burner Racig Engineering will now analyze the valuable information and data obtained during the three days of testing in Barcelona for the upcoming first round of the season, which will take place at the Circuito de Catalunya in May.
Lucas Di Grassi: "During our last day of testing everything went really well. We were doing some race simulation and I am very happy with the results we have achieved. We had no mechanical problems during all these three days so I am very happy with the car's reliability".
Dani Clos: "This test session in Barcelona was very important as this is a track where we will race. We had three very useful days of testing here and we tried many different things. We were able to gain a lot of positive conclusions and I am looking forward to the season starting on my home track in May".
Alfonso de Orleans-Borbon, Team President: "We've had three good days of work and obtained solid information that will help us for the race weekend in May. I am very happy with how everyone worked and I believe that our drivers are making a good pairing this season. We will have now to tie up the loose ends with all the data we have gained during the course of this test session; this should allow us to have a competitive car for our drivers in May".
