Following a high speed accident in today's GP2 Series race at Magny-Cours, Ernesto Viso (Racing Engineering) was transferred from the track's on-site Medical Centre to the Hopital Pierre Beregovoy, Nevers, for check-ups. He was visited by the FIA Medical Delegate, who has reported that he was in a conscious and stable condition.

FIA Medical Delegate:

"After visiting Ernesto Viso this evening at the Hopital Pierre Beregovoy, Nevers, France, I am happy to report that he is conscious and in a stable condition.
