VALLES TENTH, PAVLOVIC RETIRED IN RACE ONE AT ISTANBUL
Good race of Adrian Valles at Istanbul. The Spaniard, at the first race with BCN Competicion, has been bumped by an opponent after a good start and consequently hit another car. For a precaution, the driver decided not to push hard in the first laps while evaluating the condition of the single seater. In the following laps Valles progressively incremented his rhythm, keeping for long the pace of the first drivers until crossing the finish line in tenth position. The result has been conditioned by the initial episode, without which the Spaniard would have probably scored some points.
Retirement for Milos Pavlovic due to technical reasons which are still being investigated. The Serbian driver, started from the back, recovered till the fifteenth position but has afterwards been forced to get definitively to the pits during the sixteenth lap.
