The World Endurance Championship finale in Bahrain is also set to host the final rounds of the GP2 and GP3 series, Motorsport.com has learned.
The re-scheduled calendar for the Formula 1 ladder series' could be revealed this weekend in Monaco as both GP2 and GP3 look to replace the cancelled rounds originally scheduled for Hockenheim in July.
The WEC fixture in Bahrain in November falls just a week before the already scheduled GP2 and GP3 final rounds at Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi and a deal to race at Sakhir is believed to be inevitable due to the relatively simple logistics.
A source at Bahrain International Circuit confirmed to Motorsport.com today that the talks are almost complete and that a deal is imminent.
The races would take place over the Friday and Saturday of 20/21 November.
