An unlucky race

Montmelo (Barcelona,) 8 May -- A really unlucky race for Jules Bianchi at the opening round of the sixth season of the GP2 series, taking place at the Montmelo circuit as part of the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix weekend. The finishing order saw the victory go to Charles Pic (Arden International) ahead of Giacomo Ricci (DPR) and Dani Clos (Racing Engineering.) Having set the fastest time during yesterday's qualifying at the Catalunya circuit, Frenchman Bianchi, entered by Art Grand Prix, was involved in a collision with Christian Vietoris (Racing Engineering) and Sergio Perez (Barwa Addax Team.) He was forced to retire after breaking his suspension on Vietoris' car and now the Ferrari Driver Academy young hopeful is preparing for the second race which takes place tomorrow at 10.35.
