Six of the best for Razia...

Arden Motorsport drivers Luiz Razia and Edoardo Mortara had mixed fortunes as they prepared for the final two rounds of the GP2 Asia Series at the Sakhir International Circuit, Bahrain. They were third and seventh respectively during this morning's free practice session -- and Luiz managed to retain his competitive edge in qualifying. Despite a brief off-course excursion, the Brazilian lapped in 1m 44.141s to annexe sixth place on the grid for tomorrow's feature race. Edoardo faces a harder task, however, after posting 19th fastest time.

Luiz: "We have done a lot of productive work since I joined Arden in China last year. I have improved my driving style, we have fine-tuned the car and I have worked well with my engineer and the team to get to this point. I have raced here before with Arden, which is a definite advantage, and I hope today will give us a solid platform for a strong race performance."

Edoardo: "That was a bad qualifying session -- and I was definitely hoping for more after such a strong showing in free practice. It was like Malaysia all over again -- the car's handling deteriorated between the two sessions and I will have to sit down with my engineer to see what we can do about it. Even so, today's disappointment won't stop me pushing 100 per cent in the race."
