The circuit will shut down on October 31st of this year.
Miller Motorsports Park is ceasing operations at the end of October. The facility is set to host the tenth round of the Pirelli World Challenge season in August. All scheduled events throughout the summer will go on as planned.
“On behalf of my family, I would like to thank all of those who have supported the track over the years, both locally and worldwide, for their enthusiasm and use of the facility," Larry H. Miller Group owner Gail Miller said in a statement.
In a release, the Miller group revealed that they have made the decision not to renew the lease on the land that has hosted the Utah race track for over a decade.
MMP has been the site of numerous motorsport events ranging from the regional levels of NASCAR to FIM Superbikes and what has since evolved into the TUDOR United Sportscar Championship.
