Upcoming Race #8 Moved to St. Eustache

The eighth and final race of this year's Canadian Formula Ford Championship presented by Deringer will be held at the Autodrome St-Eustache on September 22-23 and not at Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant in St-Jovite, Quebec, as originally scheduled. The Mont-Tremblant motor sport facility is currently undergoing extensive construction and renovation.

"We know our drivers were really looking forward to racing at Mont-Tremblant this year. the track is beautiful and they've done a terrific job so far with the renovations. But, due to the ongoing construction on the site and the lack of any spectator fencing around the track, the circuit is simply unable to host our race," said Eric Berman, General Manager of the Formula Ford series. "However, we look forward to racing there in 2002. Certainly, our long standing relationship with le Circuit Mont Tremblant will continue for years to come."
