Buenos Aires, October 12th.- When you want to dominate a race in great form, you do the kind of drive that Marcelo Bugliotti showed to the rest of the TC2000 competitors a Buenos Aires.

The eleventh round of the category was won by the driver from Córdoba at the wheel of a works Chevrolet Astra that was obviously the most perfect car of the race. The factory Ford Focus Zetecs of Gabriel Ponce de León and Walter Hernández seemed to get a 1-2 by half distance, but Bugliotti was coming strongly from behind.

At one point of the event, the Astra overtook both Ford so easily in the main straight that it took less than one lap to get an interesting gap over them. And that is how the podium was.

The nation's capital is a special place for motorsport events and the +50,000 fans that went to the "Oscar Gálvez" eraly in the morning to put stands to its fullest proved that.

On his birthday, Juan Manuel Silva was fourth (Honda Civic), followed by team mate Guillermo Ortelli, Nelson García (Ford Escort Zetec), Norberto Fontana (Toyota Corolla), Crispín Beitía (Ford Escort Zetec) and the Hondas of Leandro Carducci and

Fabián Yannantuoni, all of them trying to get rid of some tough situations in the early laps.

Ponce de León remains first, now 16 points ahead of Fontana and 21 better than Hernández.

The next round of the series is a second visit to San Luis on 2nd November.
