Australian Super Truck Racing Championship Sprint Race Two (12 laps) Reverse Grid
In a dramatic second sprint race which had to be restarted after one truck rolled over, Glenn Dobson has consolidated second position in the title with a race win.

Starting in reverse order, there was mayhem as they raced to turn one with trucks five wide, battling for position. There was much bumping and whacking but all managed to negotiate the corner.

However worse was to come at the end of the back straight with Darren Palmer's ploughing into the sand trap and rolling over. Palmer emerged unhurt but the race was stopped as the truck needed to be extracted.

At the restart Rodney Crick was the early leader, showing the way to Luke Sieders, Glenn Dobson and Inky Tulloch and John Bomberle. When Sieders slipped off at turn one, Dobson was second.

Shortly after Crick slipped up and allowed the four pursuers through. Dobson went on to win while Bomberle improved to second as a result of Sieders and Tulloch locking horns. They recovered to be third and fourth ahead of Crick who had another two spins. Meanwhile Ken Bedggood to the Light Trucks win.
