(Woodbridge, ON) AIM Autosport today announced the completion of its 2002 Canadian Formula Ford Championship driver line up with the addition of Louis-Philippe Dumoulin.

Dumoulin will join AIM Autosport teammate Ashley Taws in contesting for the Canadian Formula Ford Championship in AIM prepared AreoII chassis powered by Ford engines.

Team manager Keith Willis is very excited about signing the 23 year old from Trois Rivières, Québec. "We've been watching Louis running his own operation for the last couple of years and we are confident that he will add a great mix of experience to our driver line up"

Dumoulin ended the 2001 season tied for fourth in points, and ranked eighth in the 2000 Canadian Formula Ford Championship.

"I'm thrilled to be working with Keith Willis and AIM Autosport this season," said Dumoulin. "I'm excited about driving in the Canadian Formula Ford Championship, and am looking forward to having Ashley Taws as my teammate. We will work well together and push each other to perform at our limits at each race. We should be a strong threat for the Championship!"

The first round of the Canadian Formula Ford Championship will be held in May 18th at Mosport.
