BRDC F4 champion Will Palmer will graduate to the Formula Renault 2.0 category in 2016, joining the ART Junior Team.
Palmer, son of ex-F1 driver Jonathan and brother of Renault F1 signing Jolyon, will contest the flagship two-litre category Eurocup as well as the NEC series.
The 18-year-old stepped up to open-wheel racing in 2014 and dominated in BRDC F4 last year, winning 12 races on his way to the crown.
"I’m really looking forward to racing in Europe next year for the first time, especially in a series as competitive as Formula Renault Eurocup, which has produced many great drivers in the past," said Palmer.
"By combining a programme in Eurocup with one in NEC, I will have the opportunity to learn a huge number of high-profile circuits in Europe - including Monaco, which will be an incredible track to race at."
Palmer contested a one-off Eurocup round at Silverstone last year, giving ART two top-10 finishes.
He is the second driver signed by ART's FR2.0 branch for 2016, joining Belgian racer Max Defourny, who was a race winner and the top rookie in NEC last year.
