For 17 year old Belgian driver Ludwig Ghidi there was only one goal for his 2010 season, this was to drive in the Formula Renault "Northern European Cup" After having explored some opions with his manager they went to Hockenheim (Germany) to test the new 2010 spec. Formula Renault with Danish team "KEO Racing".

Right from the start he felt good in the new car which is a lot more technological then the older Formula Renault chassis he drove last year in the Italian Formula 2000 Light class.

He had the opportunity to drive the car in both rainy and dry conditions on both old and new tyres and got a very good feel for the new car.

He tested both days under the guidance of Team Manager Kim Olsen and his engineer Jonas Jarlmark. The goal was to see how Ludwig would fit into the Formula Renault Northern European Championship (NEC) and after having driven 10 sessions of 50 minutes making a steady progress Ludwig found himself amongst the better half of the present NEC drivers.

This could only mean one thing... and after some negotiating with Kim Olsen he signed a deal to race the 2010 NEC season with KEO Racing. Ludwig is now looking forward to new experiences and to further progress his racing career in Formula Renault.
