Draco Team are creating a chain to connect various racing car championships, and now this cain still extends with the Formula Renault 2.0 Italy.
The development of a well-structured program to create a career path for young drivers is a project that Adriano and Nadia Morini, respectively Team Owner and Team Manager Draco, strongly believe and they work for this project long since.
Finally in 2009 this dream has come true through strong synergy among teams from different championships, from karting to the World Series Renault 3.5, passing from the European Formula Renault 2.0, until Formula 1, creating a valuable channel of cooperation among experience and ability of great professionals.
On this basis, Draco Team created the partnership with Facondini Racing Team that, for the next season of Formula Renault 2.0 Italy, has acquired the status of "Junior Team" Draco Racing.
The team of Maurizio Facondini was born in 2001, participating successfully in the Formula Renault 2.0 European and Italian Championship, with a Team Manager who had already 30 years of experience in the field of car racing.
In subsequent years, Facondini racing continues his career in the Italian Renault championship, gaining good placings and a lot of satisfaction, until the 2009 season with an important card to play: the close collaboration with Draco Team, appreciated and known from around the racing world.
With the new season, Facondini by Draco racing was born, creating a new opportunity for the career of young drivers.
It is Romain Vozniak the chosen driver for the 2009 season. The French driver was born in 1992, he is under 17 years and he is already a great promise in the racing world. In the next season of the Renault 2.0 Italian Championship, which begins in the circuit of Monza on 4-5 April, Vozniak will do the best he can to open the road for the main formulas.
The races will be in Varano (23-24 May), in the circuit of Hungary (13-14 June), in the Belgian circuit of Spa (27-28 June), at Misano (25-26 July), at Mugello (12-13 September), to finish at Imola (10-11 October).
