Esteban Guerrieri and José María López knew that this season is for show that the esperience of last year is determinant to fight in 2002 for the championship in their second season in the old continent. After the good partials in 2001, the boys want to conquer Europe.

The youngest champion of the Argentinan Formula Renault in 2000 showed all his talent in the fourth competition of the German Formula Renault. His victory and his fouth place in the two races disputed in Nurburgring are a clear demostration of the capacity of this promise.

In the first race disputed on saturday, Guerrieri started sixth and finished in fourth position. The victory was for his team mate in the Jenzer Motorsport, the canadian Bruno Spengler.

On sunday, Guerrieri started fourth -the positions are in the order of the results of the race disputed on saturday- and he passed Spengler and Klein in the first corner.

¨I made a difference of 10 seconds to Swolsman. We did a good job with the team and the car is really much better. I`m very happy with my third victory in the category and I want to fight the championship where I`m third four points behind the second¨ said Guerrieri.

The next race for Guerrieri will be in Spa Francorchamps for the European championship, where Esteban will have a new car.
