There`s no doubt that Esteban Guerrieri is leaving a great moment at Europe. The driver of the Cram team took a second position and a victory after the third double round of the Italian Formula Renault disputed at the hazardous circuit of Spa Francorchamps, Belgium.

In the first race disputed on sunday the Argentinian did a great job after started from the second row he jumped to the second place with the green flag in a track very complicated with the rain.

¨It was a difficult competition beacuse of the weather, before the start the track was to wet. We did two laps with the Pace Car. I made a very good move that allowed me take the second position in the first curve, then I completed the race thinking in the championship, because I knew that the french Frank Perera (leader of the championship until this race) had a problem and he was in the back of the field. Ryan Sharp, who was leading, took a good gap but I didn`t want to risk the result, one more time thinking in the championship. It was a nice race and I keep adding experience with wet conditions which is important for me. I had a good car and now I`m leading the championship¨ completed Guerrieri.

On monday the Italian Formula Rensult disputed the second competition of the weekend. Esteban started from the first place, after win the pole position on saturday, but it wasn`t easy for him. From the beginning the Argentnian had and interesting dispute with Sharp (Jenzer Motorsport) who shared the first row with Guerrieri. In the first lap Sharp tried to pass Esteban but he kept the leadership without problems. When the Pace Car cut the emotion the Cram driver had a gap of half a second. In the re-start Sharp passed Guerrieri and took the first position. However the Argentinian, who still have a great car, kept pushing on Sharp position until the leader lost control of his machine in a chicane leaving the the chance of victory to Esteban Guerrieri, one more time this season. The podium was completed by Ruben Carrapatoso (Alan Racing) and Pastor Maldonado (Cram).

¨The team gave me a great car at Spa. I leave very happy, leading the championship and I start thinking in the next compertition at the A1-Ring (Austria) that is also a double round and it will be very important for the championship. I would like to thank the Cram team, my family, the Lincoln Sport Group and to all the Argntinians that day by day follow my races and support me¨, said Esteban afte the podium.
