The inaugural Formula E event is set to take place next weekend.
Spanish racer Oriol Servia is to drive for Dragon Racing for the first Formula E race in Beijing on September 13.
Servia, who tested with the US team during pre-season testing at Donington Park, will line-up alongside former F1 racer Jerome d’Ambrosio.
Son of a Spanish Rally champion, Servia currently competes in IndyCar joining the series in 2008 following a successful single-seater career that including seasons in Champ Car and being crowned the 1999 Dayton Indy Lights champion.
