Tomas Enge goes to the New World
Tomas Enge has signed a deal with New World Racing for next seasons F3000 championship.
Zytek warns customers
Zytek has warned it's customers to pay up for their engines by January 4th or face no engines. It has decided to do this after people "messing around and not paying bills on time". It will be a good indication of which of the 46 entrants has enough money for the series.
FIA moves to prevent '99 F3000 Madness
The FIA has said that from the year 2000, only those teams in the top 12 the previous season will be guaranteed places in the FIA F3000 series. This has been brought on by the unexpected 46 entries this season. These teams will be joined by the top 3 from national championships, effectively producing a series of promotion and relagation.
