The RTL Masters of Formula 3 at Zandvoort saw a dominating performance all weekend by Felix Rosenqvist as he reached his goal of earning his second championship in The Netherlands special yearly event.
The 20-year-old from Estonia went on to post the quickest time in session two and was then ninth quickest in the first of the two qualifying runs.
This weekend, the best European Formula 3 drivers will meet at Zandvoort for the prestigious ’RTL GP Masters of Formula 3’.
Tom Blomqvist was able to bring his car home in eighth place.
The vice European champion Felix Rosenqvist secured the second position behind Alex Lynn in the race on the 6.12 km long city course.
The 2013 season has seen John Bryant-Meisner return to racing following recuperation from a career-threatening crash during testing in 2012.
Team-mate Jordan King also improved on his position from qualifying, working his way up into seventh place.

The race was over for Felix after the crash, right before it even really started.
Jordan King travelled to the erstwhile Portuguese enclave of Macau targeting the top ten.
The prestigious RTL GP Masters of Formula 3 is widely regarded as one of the most important races on the international F3 calendar.
