Serralles, 23, hails from Puerto Rico and has raced in F3 between 2012 and 2014 before joining Indy Lights.

He retired from his sole outing in the Zandvoort event in '12 and was ruled out of the following year's race due to a back injury.

Olsen, 19, finished runner-up in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 last year and was expected to graduate to FR3.5, but instead stayed put in the Eurocup, currently sitting eighth in the standings.

The Norwegian was linked with a spot in the Red Bull Junior Team over the off-season, but the move never materialised.

Serralles will race for Jo Zeller's squad, while Olsen will partner up with T-Sport alongside team regular Julio Moreno.

Israeli Yarin Stern will be the only other driver in the field who doesn't race in European F3, the 19-year-old Euroformula Open regular lining up alongside Raoul Hyman at Team West-Tec.

Meanwhile, reigning Masters of F3 winners Motopark - having dominated the 2014 race with Max Verstappen - will bring all five of their European F3 drivers.

Markus Pommer will most likely lead the squad, having taken his first win in European F3 at Zandvoort earlier this season.

Carlin will bring four of their six F3 drivers - championship contender Antonio Giovinazzi, Red Bull junior Callum Ilott, George Russell and Ryan Tveter.

Pietro Fittipaldi and Peter Li will make up the Fortec line-up, while Van Amersfoort Racing will run Arjun Maini and Alessio Lorandi, with the team's main star Charles Leclerc skipping the event.

Double R also feature on the entry list with two cars but the names of their drivers have yet to be confirmed. Matheus Leist, Matt Solomon and Nicolas Pohler have raced for the squad in European F3 this year.
