Perfect ending for Carlo van Dam

Sugo - Toyota Team TOM's-coureur Carlo van Dam has wrapped up the Japanese Formula 3 Championship in perfect style. Today, at a rain soaked Sugo circuit, he won the last race of the year from pole position, scoring his ninth win of the season as well as his eighteenth podium finish in as many races. Consequently, the 2008 Japanese Formula 3 champion has not only clinched the title, but won half of the races as well and finished in the top three in each and every race - a unique achievement. On November 16, Carlo will race in the Macau Formula 3 Grand Prix forToyota Team TOM's and tomorrow he will test a Formula Nippon car for the team at Sugo.
