Varano, race one: Zampieri Wins and strengthens his leadership Fourth under the chequered flag was Stepahne Richelmu (RC Motorsport) followed by Riccardo Cinti (Corbetta Competizioni) and Marco Zipoli (BVM-Target), who will start at 16.45 (local time) from race two's pole position.

Zampieri strengthens his classification lead going at 115 points. Campana is still second with 91, while Zipoli (86) and Campos-Hull Campos-Hull (84) get closer.

Daniel Zampieri (BVM-Target) dominated race one from the first to the last lap at Varano de' Melegari. The classification leader was never challenged on his leadership and also set the fastest lap of the race. The podium was completed by Daniel Campos-Hull (Prema Powerteam) and Salvatore Cicatelli (Team Ghinzani).

The title fight lost one of its protagonists in the initial stages: Sergio Campana (Lucidi Motors) spun at turn one as a consequence of a contact on his rear side before behind bumped by the faultless Federico Glorioso (Gloria Pro Team) that was approaching in that very moment.
