German F3 saved by telly deal The German F3 championship looks more likely to go ahead. The series had been threatened by a lack of coverage for the German Touring Car championship. Now the latter has been saved, the former looks more likely.

German F3 saved by telly deal

The German F3 championship looks more likely to go ahead. The series had been threatened by a lack of coverage for the German Touring Car championship. Now the latter has been saved, the former looks more likely. DSF is to show quarter of an hour of qualifying, Saturdays race live, and Sundays delayed.

F3000 test delayed

The first official testing of the off-season for F3000 has been delayed to February 25/26.

Watt to Supernova

Supernova have signed Jason Watt to drive for the team in 1999. David Sears is aiming for a third consecutive title.

Scheckter to drive for Speedsport

Toby Scheckter has signed for Speedsport in British F3. He is expected to start testing next week. He chose British F3 after his father - Jody - weighed up the various F3 series.

Bentwood to Carlin

Michael Bentwood has switched to the Carlin team from Speedsport.
