Brackley, UK – T-Sport is pleased to announce that Will Buller has joined the Threebond with T-Sport squad for the 2013 FIA Formula 3 European Championship.
Buller will race with Threebond Nissan power in 2013 and is already very well acquainted with the tracks chosen by the FIA for the 10-round, 30-race F3 Championship.
“I’m delighted to have been signed as a Threebond with T-Sport driver for 2013,” said Buller. “The combination of team, car and engine is a very strong package so I know I can go and compete at the front. With the team and I having both won in Euro Series championships we have both been putting a lot of effort and preparations into this season as it is an important year for me. The new European series will be very competitive but after racing in Europe last year I know what to expect and we have every chance of bringing home some greats results.”
T-Sport boss Russell Eacott is very happy to sign such an experienced driver and race winner as his team prepares to take on the 2013 FIA Formula 3 European Championship.
“I think Will is going to be a great asset to the team,” said Eacott. “We know he can win races and we know that we can win races so we have everything to play in the new championship. We tested him at Spa and Silverstone at the end of 2011 and he was tremendously quick and he impressed the engineers. We didn’t quite manage to hook up a deal for 2012 so it’s good to get him now.”
