Draco flies with Baguette ... 1st in Race, 1st in Drivers' Championship and 1st in the teams championship!

Very good race for Bertrand Baguette flying unchallenged at the head of the World Series Renault championship. The Belgian of Draco arrives at Le Mans 3rd in league, and ranks 3rd in the grid, and so by a strange coincidence of fate, he pass 1st in the race and 1st in the championship with 77 points against 73 of Martinez who is always at the back in this round.

Qualifying

Some shiver this morning for Draco Team which have risked to don't see in Superpole Bertrand Baguette. The Belgian driver, in Group B of the qualification tests, he started the laps available with excellent timing, waiting to mount the new tires to make the quickest time. But when he was making the fast lap, it was exposed to the track a yellow flag, not even recorded on video, and in fact immediately withdrawn. Baguette saw it and he has naturally had to raise his foot down, and then he had no longer be able to recover and he was positioned in seventh place. But the bad luck has left the place of the luck for Baguette who, with the relegation of Dani Clos, he could enter in the 12 in Superpole, which he won the 6th place.

No problem, instead, for Marco Barba who came quietly in Superpole, and he was placed in eighth place which is the best in Race 1, given the reserve grid for the firsts eight.

So, Barba 1st. and Baguette 3rd., while Martinez, the current championship leader, only ninth.
